  I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW RUDE THE OWNER MR SAM OLIVAREZ WAS WHEN I ASKED IF HE COULD ALLOW US TO WATER IN THE AFTERNOONS, HE ASKED ME TO PAY THE WATER BILL IN ORDER FOR ME TO BE ALLOWED TO WATER.
  MR OLIVAREZ CLAIMS THAT AGUA SPECIAL UTILITY DISTRICT (WATER SUPPY) HAS RESTRICTIONS, (WHICH AFTER CALLING THEM IT NO LONGER APPLIES.) BUT IF HIS SO CALLED RESTRICTIONS DO APPLY THEY GIVE US THE RIGHT TO WATER FROM MIDNIGHT-10AM AND FROM 8PM-MIDNIGHT ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAY. MR OLIVAREZ ONLY ALLOWS US TO WATER ONLY IN THE MORNINGS. BEING THAT WE WORK WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GO IN THE MORNINGS SO WE ASKED FOR PERMISSION TO WATER IN THE AFTERNOONS. AND HE TOLD ME NO UNLESS I TAKE HIM A COPY OF WHERE I PAID HIS WATERBILL...:( SAD BUT TRUE
  
  VERY RUDE ALONG WITH HIS STAFF THAT REFUSED TO CALL ME BACK ON SEVERAL OCCATIONS.
