  Went to my little cousins funeral and the funeral home was very unorganized. No seemed to be able to answer any questions nor efficient with the funeral. Feel bad that my uncle and aunt were already dealing with a loss and then had to deal with the funeral not being in order. We didn't even have a police escort to the church nor burial. Traffic was so disrespectful, cars driving in between the hearse and my uncle's car. So very sad.

  By far the worst customer service we have experienced. My mother in law purchased a head stone monument. 1k plus. They claim they had dishonest workers working for them, that they never received payment from my mother inlaw however, my mother in law has all her money order records. The owners are never around to answer questions. The secretary says she will have them return our call but already a year later and no honest answer or call from them. & two years later and still no monument. I would seriously think twice about doing services with such business. How awful that they would do this to people who are mourning a lost loved one. A small claims court will be filed on them.
