:) This place is a significant landmark for the City of Mission due to its historical background. Also, its totally free!!! :) As much as it may be free, there is not much to do.
There is an odd, eerie feeling about this place. The silence is unbearable. The haunting legends of killer priests that raped nuns really gets to you. The scariest fact about this park, though, would have to be it's proximity to Mexico. I always had the feeling that someone is standing right behind you.
Overall (once you get over the legends and its location), it's a great place to visit. Definitely recommend this place to visitors who want to bond with a great South Texas legend.
